Marist’s Megan Snipes is ready for a stellar senior season

Marist Senior Megan Snipes is a leader on the softball field. Along with being a power-hitting infielder for the War Eagles program, she also plays basketball and competes in track and field. She’s looking forward to her senior year and relying on prayer on and off the field.

  Members of the Class of 1966 of Saint Joseph Catholic High School memorialized the school’s existence with the dedication and blessing of a plaque at the Basilica of the Sacred Heart of Jesus.

  The Reach for Excellence at the Marist School organization began in 2001 to help students from working-class backgrounds prepare for college-prep high schools. Organizers, supporters and students celebrated its 25th anniversary this year.
