St. Joseph’s Church and School will host a farewell Mass and reception in honor of the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, on Sunday, May 22, at 11:45 a.m.

The sisters, who have served the St. Joseph community since 1969, will be leaving for other assignments and will serve their last day at St. Joseph’s on June 30.

Following the 11:45 a.m. celebration Mass, a drop-in reception and cookout will be held on the St. Joseph grounds from 1-4 p.m.

There is no charge for the meal, but tickets are required. For complimentary meal tickets, call (706) 543-1621, ext. 10. The deadline to reserve meal tickets is May 16.
