UGA student to be Perpetual Pilgrim in National Eucharistic Pilgrimage
University of Georgia student Jaella Mac Au will join the National Eucharistic Pilgrimage as a Perpetual Pilgrim. She is among 24 young adults who will make a cross-country trek toward the 10th National Eucharistic Congress.

Father Jerome McKenna, CP, pastor of St. Paul of the Cross, dies

Father Jerome Francis McKenna, a Passionist priest, died on Sunday, April 7. He was 93 years old. Father McKenna became pastor of Atlanta’s St. Paul of the Cross Church in 2009, serving until his death.

St. Jude principal Patty Childs named school superintendent

Published April 4, 2024Bishop Joel M. Konzen announced April 4 that Patty Childs, current principal of St. Jude the Apostle School, has been named Superintendent of Catholic Schools. Childs will begin her new role on July 1.
