All Saints Church will celebrate Mass on May 1, Divine Mercy Sunday, with a special commemoration of Pope John Paul II, who will be beatified on the same day.
As part of the celebration, images of Pope John Paul II, the Blessed Mother and the Divine Mercy will be blessed. The assembly will also recite the Chaplet of Divine Mercy, a Catholic devotion based on the visions of St. Maria Faustina Kowalska. A blessed relic of the saint will also be present during the Mass.
Concelebrated by Msgr. Hugh Marren, pastor of All Saints Church, Archbishop-emeritus John F. Donoghue and priests of the Atlanta Archdiocese, the Mass will begin at 10:30 a.m. Members of the Knights of Columbus and parish ministry leaders will also be in attendance. All are welcome.
All Saints Church is located at 2443 Mount Vernon Road, Dunwoody.
