The Monsignor Donovan High School girls played their first home game of 2008, and their first region game, against Augusta’s Curtis Baptist High School, Jan. 11. Junior point guard Hannah Chapman scored 25 of the team’s points in a 60-39 loss. Center Macy Baugh also had 6 steals and 8 rebounds. Monsignor Donovan will attempt to bounce back from another tough defeat as they go on the road to take on John Hancock Academy, Sparta, Friday, Jan. 18.
