Credit union announces continuing ed scholarship

DULUTH—The Georgia United Credit Union is accepting applications for the Archbishop Donoghue Scholarship for Continuing Education. The scholarship is for educators who work for the Office of Catholic Schools.
The scholarship is named in memory of Archbishop John Francis Donoghue, a strong advocate of Catholic education and credit union services.
The $2,500 Archbishop Donoghue Scholarship will be awarded to one teacher, employed by the Office of Catholic Schools, for continuing education coursework.
Entries must be received by March 31. Judging and winner announcement will take place in April.
