ATLANTA—On the five Thursdays in the month of June, Keri Allen, leader of “Proclaim My Word,” life application Bible studies, will be presenting a study of the Book of Jonah.
Atlanta Archdiocese will be held at Holy Spirit Church, 4465 Northside Drive, NW, Atlanta, in St. Mary’s Chapel. It will be held on Thursday mornings, June 2 to June 30, from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m.
“How do you react when God interrupts your life? Have you ever tried to run away from God?” Allen asked. “When we resist God’s plan for our lives and try to go our own way, he can intervene to help us turn around and follow him.”
She said that God is patient and “He waits with open arms for our return to him.”
All women are invited to join in this study, to “explore this simple story and discover the spiritual treasures it contains,” Allen said.
Homework is optional and there is no cost for the Bible study, but a free will offering will be accepted. To register, visit www.proclaimmyword.org or email email@example.com or call 404-281-5741.
