St. Pius outscores Marist in rivalry lacrosse match

ATLANTA—St. Pius X High School girls lacrosse team edged out a 15-13 victory over Marist School girls during a closely contested lacrosse match April 13 at Pius’ George B. Maloof Stadium.

Since the match St. Pius (11-3) has gone undefeated in four contests through April 25. They close out the regular season on the road against Blessed Trinity High School, Roswell, April 27. On April 28 Marist (9-3), which has lost two of its last three, will play its last home game of the season against Evans High School. It is also senior night.
