Pregnancy Aid Clinic teaches 10-10-10 decision-making

Published September 4, 2014

HAPEVILLE—Summer parenting classes at the Pregnancy Aid Clinic have drawn a record number of attendees.

Booming class attendance and over a 30 percent increase in new clients this year means the clinic needs more volunteers. The nonprofit is located at 411 King Arnold St., in Hapeville.

The parenting program, based on Suzy Welch’s book “10-10-10: A Fast and Powerful Way to Get Unstuck in Love, at Work, and With Your Family,” encourages individuals to consider how decisions will affect their lives in 10 minutes, 10 months, and 10 years.

The Pregnancy Aid Clinic is an independent program operating from a Catholic philosophy. It has been serving women since 1984. Volunteer opportunities include providing administrative support, writing grant applications, organizing the Baby Boutique and leading parenting classes.
