Six men will be ordained into the transitional diaconate for the Archdiocese of Atlanta on May 26 as part of their continuing journey toward the priesthood.

These men include Dennis Dorner Jr., Feiser Muñoz, Cong Nguyen, Michael Revak, Gaurav Shroff and Richard Vu.

The group of men, ranging in age, theological interests and ethnic backgrounds, will participate in the Mass of Ordination to become transitional deacons before they accept the full responsibility of priestly ordination in 2013.

Currently studying at Mundelein Seminary in Illinois, St. Vincent Seminary in Latrobe, Pa., Mount St. Mary’s Seminary in Emmitsburg, Md., and the Pontifical College Josephinum in Columbus, Ohio, the six men will return to the Archdiocese of Atlanta for ordination.

The Mass of Ordination will be held at the Cathedral of Christ the King on Saturday, May 26, at 10:30 a.m. Archbishop Wilton D. Gregory will preside at the Mass.
