Published March 1, 2007  | En Español

Holy Trinity Church will host the fifth annual “Dia de la Familia” Preventive Health Fair on Saturday, March 10, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. This event, which began with about 350 participants, has increased to more than 1,200 attendees. Screenings are done for diabetes, HIV, breast cancer, vision, hearing, dental, spine, cholesterol, nutrition and other needs. Entities such as Medicaid, HeadStart, the fire department and many others participate in order to let people know what services are available to them, and all services rendered are completely free of charge.

This health fair is open to everyone regardless of denomination, and all are encouraged to come. Those who desire to be screened for diabetes and cholesterol should come after a total fast (no food or drink after the previous evening).

Holy Trinity Church is located at 101 Walt Banks Road in Peachtree City.
