Mercy Girls Looking To Get Back On Track

After winning four out five games to start the 2007 season, the girls basketball team of Our Lady of Mercy High School, Fairburn, has lost two consecutive games on the road. They went down in defeat to Fellowship Christian School, Roswell, 30-23, on Jan. 19 and Eagles Landing Christian Academy, McDonough, 44-38. Sophomore point guard Raven Moore scored 22 points in the two losses. Mercy (10-8) travels to Whitefield Academy, Mableton, Friday, Jan. 26, and will return home to take on W.D. Mohammed High School, Atlanta, Saturday, Jan. 27.
