Lecture Series To Feature Talk On Catholic Education

Mark John Clark, a professor at Thomas Aquinas College in Santa Paola, Calif., will discuss “Why Catholic Education Excels at Every Level” on Thursday, Oct. 19 at Holy Spirit Preparatory School as part of the school’s ongoing lecture series.

The lecture will begin at 7:30 p.m. in the college lecture classroom located on the second floor of the Commons Building on the upper school campus located at 4449 Northside Drive. Refreshments will be served at 7 p.m.

Clark publishes widely on a variety of topics and lectures nationally and internationally and will make the case for the efficacy and value of Catholic education at the lecture.

Clark, who graduated with honors from the University of Florida in three years, and received a full scholarship to Duke Law School, also holds a doctorate in medieval history from Columbia University

The lecture is free of charge and open to the public, but seating is limited.
