St. Pius Players To Present Famed Charlie Brown Musical

The Pius Players of St. Pius X High School, under the direction of Bonnie E. Spark and producer, principal Steve Spellman, will present “You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown,” Oct. 9-13 and Oct. 16-20 in the Monsignor Terry W. Young Center for the Performing Arts at St. Pius.

Featuring the characters of Charlie Brown, Linus, Lucy, Sally, Schroeder and Snoopy, “You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown” follows the characters as they search for happiness and the meaning of life in an average day.

Showtimes are as follows:

Wednesday, Oct. 18 at 7 p.m.; Thursday, Oct. 19 at 7 p.m.; Friday, Oct. 20 at 8 p.m.; and Saturday, Oct. 21 at 1:30 p.m. and again at 8 p.m.

School groups are especially invited to attend Saturday’s matinee performance.

Tickets are $8 and can be purchased at the St. Pius cafeteria from

10:30 a.m. until 1 p.m. Monday through Friday, Oct. 9-13, and Oct. 16 – 20. If still available, tickets will be sold at the door before each performance.
