Scouts Invited To Day Of Reflection On Eucharist

On Aug. 26, the Atlanta Archdiocesan Catholic Committee on Scouting is sponsoring a Day of Reflection on the Eucharist for all Catholic Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts sixth grade and up at Prince of Peace Church. The event will take place from 1-5 p.m., and the vigil Mass will begin at 5 p.m.
The cost for the day is $5 and includes handouts, snack and a certificate. Participants should wear full uniform.
Attendance at this event completes one of the requirements for the Ad Altare Dei Religious Emblem (Boy Scouts) and one of the requirements for the Pope Paul VI Unit Award.
The church is located at 6439 Spout Springs Road, Flowery Branch.
