Divorce Support Group Begins At Holy Spirit

Published July 7, 2005

Divorce is never easy. It often changes lives in dramatic and painful ways. But it can help to share the experience with others who are also trying to work through their feelings, with those who understand. Beginning Wednesday, July 20, Holy Spirit Church, 4465 Northside Drive, NW, Atlanta, will introduce a confidential support group for those who are dealing with divorce. For those who are angry, hurt, jealous or struggling with the new challenges of life without a spouse, this support group may provide the kind of help needed. The group will meet from 7 to 8:30 p.m. on the first and third Wednesday of the month in classrooms 9A and 9B in the education building. Contact Deacon Bill McCarthy at (404) 252-4513, ext. 232, or deaconbill@hsccatl.com with any questions.
