Notre Dame Club Plans Event For Outgoing University President

The Notre Dame Club of Atlanta will host a Mass and brunch with the University of Notre Dame’s outgoing president, Father Edward “Monk” Malloy, CSC, Sunday, June 26, at 10 a.m. at the JW Marriott in Buckhead.

As the president of Notre Dame for the past 18 years, Father Malloy has overseen the largest capital expansion of the university, along with the expansion of programs throughout the United States, including Atlanta, and abroad.

All are welcome to attend this event, during which attendees will have the opportunity to meet Father Malloy and to hear his reflections on his presidency, his vision for the future of Notre Dame, and his thoughts about the new chapter in the lives of Catholics under the leadership of Pope Benedict XVI.

Advance ticket prices are $35 for Notre Dame Club members, $25 for current Notre Dame students, $17 for children 8 and under and $40 for the general public.

Tickets can be purchased at the door for $45.
