WHEN:

Doors open at 7:30 a.m.
Procession begins at 8:30 a.m.
Closing Mass begins at 5:30 p.m.

ACCESS:

Entrance is free; no tickets are needed.
Parking is free. Individual parishes may organize buses or carpools. Contact your parish for information.

FOOD:

Places to purchase food within the Georgia International Convention Center are open throughout the day.

HOTEL INFORMATION:

The Atlanta Airport Marriott Hotel is offering a special rate of $86 for those attending the conference. Request the Archdiocese of Atlanta rate. A free shuttle will be provided all day between the hotel and the Georgia International Convention Center. Call the hotel for reservations at (404) 766-7900.

FIRST COMMUNICANTS:

Children who have made their first Communion this year are encouraged to take part in the eucharistic procession which opens the Congress and in the closing Mass procession wearing their first Communion finery. First communicants will have a special place in both processions. There will be a designated room at the convention center where parents can bring their children to change into other clothes for the rest of the day at the Congress.
