• Eucharistic procession bridges spiritual and the literal, says St. Aelred pastor

  On June 11–Corpus Christi Sunday–St. Aelred Catholic Church in Bishop hosted a eucharistic procession. Father Gregory Tipton, pastor of St. Aelred, described the procession as an opportunity to strengthen one’s relationship with Jesus and rejoice in his presence.

  St. Aelred Church in Bishop is a parish of The Personal Ordinariate of the Chair of Saint Peter (POCSP). It is one of two ordinariate churches within the Archdiocese of Atlanta and is modeled after the English rural church where everyone knows the people in the pews next to them.
