  The People of Hope traveling museum spotlights neighbors in need and those who help them. Catholic Charities Atlanta hosted the exhibit’s two-day visit in Roswell as an opportunity to spread awareness about the work the nonprofit does.

  In the setting of Heritage’s natural beauty, renowned Christian author and speaker Dr. Allen Hunt will lead “The Power of Forgiveness” at The Retreat at Heritage in Crawfordville. The Sept. 11-13 retreat will be his last before stepping away to devote time to family and spiritual direction.

  Twenty-six men in the Archdiocese of Atlanta applied to enter the seminary this year, and 20 were accepted, making it the largest incoming class in the archdiocese’s history. Vocations leaders say the milestone reflects years of work to strengthen priestly formation and build a culture of discernment.
