Since 2013, the girls soccer teams at Marist School and St. Pius X High School have seven Class 4A state championships between them. Marist won in 2013, 2014 and 2018. St. Pius X held the title from 2015 - 2017 and won again in 2019. COVID-19 prevented both schools from competing for the crown this year. Soccer was one of six spring sports that had to cancel its season due to the pandemic. n
