Marist Students Get National Merit Recognition

The Marist School announced its National Merit/Achievement recognized students for 2012-2013.
The National Merit semifinalists are Allison Fialkowski, Amber Glavine, John Maguire, Jason Morris, Andrea Pascual, Megan Sales, John Snelling, John Stathis and Jackson Taylor.
The National Achievement semifinalist is Jason Morris.
The winners of the National Hispanic Recognition Award are Allison Fialkowski, William Mavity and Andrea Pascual.
The National Merit commended students are John Croft, Garrett Doize, Stephanie Frassand, Mary Fukushima, John Gilchrist, Hannah Hurley, John Leahey, John Markwalter, William Mavity, Justine McKittrick, Griffin Medendorp, Jennifer O’Barr, William O’Donoghue, Lauren Saunders, Cameron Burroway and Nicholas Biasucci.
The National Achievement Program outstanding participants are Carlissa Milord, Yasmina Milord and Adam Steves.
The National Merit/Achievement semifinalists are among the 16,000 nationwide who will be given the opportunity to compete for 8,300 scholarships worth more than $32 million.
