Archbishop Wilton D. Gregory has announced the following changes in priest assignments.

At the recommendation of Father Augustine Tharappel, regional superior of the Missionaries of St. Francis de Sales, USA Region, Archbishop Gregory has confirmed the assignment of Father Joseph Pottemmel, MSFS,  as bursar of the USA Region of the order, effective June 20. He will reside at Villa Luyet, Snellville.

Father Jose Duvan Gonzalez, pastor of St. Bernadette Church, Cedartown, has also been appointed as spiritual director of the Cursillo Movement in Spanish, effective June 21.

At the recommendation of Father James E. McCurry, minister provincial of the Conventual Franciscans of the St. Anthony of Padua Province, USA, Archbishop Gregory has confirmed the assignment of Father Martin Breski, OFM Conv., as temporary administrator at St. Matthew Church, Tyrone, effective June 27.

With the permission of Archbishop Cyril S. Bustros, former Eparch of Newton, and the notification of Nicholas James Samara, Bishop-Elect of Newton, Archbishop Gregory has confirmed the appointment of Father Miguel Grave de Peralta as director of pastoral care at Saint Joseph Hospital, Atlanta, effective Aug. 15.
