2011 Graduates Commended As Model Students
Published May 26, 2011
Leadership, ingenuity, devotion to the Church, and enthusiastic interest in science, engineering, athletics, dedicated service … these are but some of the traits found in the seven high school seniors spotlighted in this issue of The Georgia Bulletin. Continuing an annual tradition at the newspaper, the Catholic high schools in the Atlanta Archdiocese each nominated a student worthy of recognition, someone who particularly exemplifies the finest qualities of students at their schools. And the stories of these students include some who have met daunting challenges head on, such as a father’s death, a mother’s deployment, life-changing illness, the call to serve the poor, and more. These students, as well as many others at their schools, are using their talents and faith as they move on to their next endeavors.
