Rachel’s Vineyard Founder Addresses Men, Abortion

Published April 10, 2008

Burke is the co-founder of Rachel’s Vineyard, a national post-abortion treatment/retreat program, as well as a licensed social worker and pastoral associate for Priests for Life. He is also the author of the book, “Redeeming a Father’s Heart: Men Share Powerful Stories of Abortion Loss and Recovery.”

This event is open to men who are dealing with post-abortion trauma and those who care for any men struggling with this issue. Organizers encourage people working in crisis pregnancy centers and involved in pro-life activities to attend this event. Burke’s talk is expected to touch on the impact of abortion on marital communication, trust and intimacy.

Books and other resource materials will be available to purchase.

The event is free, but donations will be accepted.

St. Monica Church is located at 1700 Buford Highway, Duluth.
