Winning Streak Continues For Blessed Trinity Boys

With a 68-59 victory over North Atlanta High School, Friday, Jan. 25, and a 58-38 victory over Therrell High School, Saturday, Jan. 26, the Blessed Trinity High School boys have achieved an overall record of 20-0 on the season. Blessed Trinity senior forward Ryan Aquino averaged 26 points over the two games. With his 15 rebounds in the North Atlanta game, Aquino had his 12th double-double of the season. Senior center Ben Kopacka also pulled down 10 rebounds in the Therrell game. Blessed Trinity stands among two other teams in the state that remain undefeated, Jordan High School (21-0) of Columbus and Randolph Clay High School (21-0) of Cuthbert. Blessed Trinity takes on Grady High School, Atlanta, at home Friday, Feb. 1, and then the team travels to Marist School, Saturday, Feb. 2.
