The FEMM Instructor and Front Office Position is a dual role teaching FEMM education and manages front office administrative tasks. Teach FEMM and teenFEMM education to RHM patients. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Develop strategies to engage new patients for charting education; Follow-up with patients on charting questions and needs; Ensure the front office is
operating smoothly by managing and overseeing all the administrative duties for RHM Gynecology; Interface with patients to schedule appointments, manage inquiries, and coordinate communication; Receive and process payments; Coordinate all incoming and outgoing inquiries and communication within a 24-hour period; Receive phone calls; file patient paperwork; Manage faxes and emails; Manage appointment calendar and schedule both in-person and telehealth appointments.
