St. Catherine Of Siena Hosts Event For Fathers and Sons

St. Catherine of Siena Church will host its first Father and Son Mass and Breakfast on Sunday, March 28, at 9 a.m. The event is open to all fathers and sons in the archdiocese.
During the Mass, participating fathers and sons will have a designated seating area and will receive a special blessing.
Breakfast will be served immediately after Mass in Herbert Hall by chef Henry Chandler of Henry’s Louisiana Grille in Acworth.
The breakfast will feature guest speaker Tom Clements, founder and chairman of Southern Catholic College, the first Catholic college in Georgia.
The breakfast will feature sparkling orange juice and apple juice, tasso ham and eggs, twice-fried baby red potatoes, Lousiana famous bread pudding with caramel sauce and ice cream, Louisiana community coffee, seasonal fruit, and French toast with butter and syrup for the little ones.
The cost of the breakfast is $10 for those over age 10 and $5 for those age 10 and under.
Tickets will be sold in the narthex after all St. Catherine’s Masses during the weekends of March 14 and March 21, and are also available via PayPal online at
