Sister Arcaro to speak on women’s role in the church

ATLANTA—Sister Susan Arcaro will be speaking on the role of women in the church, including an overview of history. All Catholic lawyers are invited to attend the event, which will take place on Thursday, Nov. 5, from 6-9 p.m. at the Hudson Grille, 942 Peachtree St., Atlanta.

Sister Susan, a member of the Order of Cenacle Sisters, holds a B.A. in education from Assumption College, Worcester, Massachusetts, a master’s degree in spirituality and spiritual direction from Fordham University, New York, and a diploma from Association Montessori Internationale. She is an experienced educator, spiritual director, retreat director and facilitator of related spiritual programs. She is an adjunct lecturer in Spring Hill College’s certification in spiritual direction program. Her special interests include sacred liturgy, church history, RCIA, family ministry and adult faith formation.

The event will be held in a private room at the Hudson Grille. The event will begin at 6 p.m. The presentation and the discussion will begin around 6:30 p.m.
