Sophia Academy girls win volleyball championship

ATLANTA—The Sophia Academy Eagles girls volleyball team was crowned champions of the Atlanta Private Athletic Conference after defeating the Waldorf School of Atlanta, Oct. 22. Sophia Academy advanced to the title game after defeating the Swift School of Roswell 2-1 (26-24, 20-25, 15-12).

Sophia Academy finished the season with a record of 6-1. This is the volleyball team’s second season of competition in the APAC.
