Pinecrest Academy, in Cumming, allows the use of Internet-ready devices starting in sixth grade and older. Younger students are also introduced to these technologies.

And to learn about Internet safety, the school partnered with Covenant Eyes, an Internet-filtering software company, to educate parents and students about Internet safety and work to encourage families to install filters and accountability software on every one of their personal devices, especially devices that will be brought to campus.
