The Georgia Catholic Conference is sponsoring the first Faith & Public Policy Workshop of 2012, to be held on Jan. 7 at St. Ann Church.
Speakers at the workshop will include Frank Mulcahy, executive director of the Georgia Catholic Conference, Mary Boyert, director of the archdiocesan Respect Life Ministry, Kat Doyle, director of Social Justice Ministries for the Archdiocese of Atlanta, and Pat Chivers, director of archdiocesan Communications and Advocacy.
The workshop, which will be translated into Spanish during the session, will explore Catholic social teaching, faithful citizenship and current public policy issues.
The cost is $10 per person.
