Seniors Prepare For Graduation, Reflect On Future Plans
Published May 14, 2009
Seven young people are profiled in this week’s Georgia Bulletin. They are a diverse group, born in the early 1990s. There are four women and three men: a standout athlete; a girl who traveled to Central America on a mission trip; an international student who joined the church because of the Christian witness he saw, among others.
The Georgia Bulletin asked administrators at the seven Catholic high schools in the Atlanta Archdiocese to nominate a senior for a profile, particularly a student who doesn’t often appear in the spotlight but enriches his or her school and community.
The articles are snapshots of the young people, talking about their hopes, successes, lessons learned and what the past years have meant.
