St. Brigid’s To Host Speaker, Author For Three-Part Series

Published April 3, 2008

During the talks, entitled “Becoming the-Best-Version-of-Yourself,” attendees will hear the message that many seek: “What does God want for you? What is God’s dream for you? God wants you to become the-best-version-of-yourself.” Kelly will share his message that this “best version” is the essential purpose of human beings, the way to true and lasting happiness. In his latest book, “Perfectly Yourself: 9 Lessons for Enduring Happiness,” Kelly discusses the challenges and opportunities people experience in their quests to become the-best-version-of-themselves.

On the first evening Kelly will discuss the themes from the book, beginning with a discussion of knowing which parts of oneself should be kept and which parts should be challenged and changed. Susequent evenings will focus on the monumental roles that personal relationships and spirituality play in helping people become perfectly themselves.

All are invited to attend, including people of all ages, from 12 years and up, parents, children, single persons, married couples, young and old. This presentation is offered for all.

Tickets are $10 for all three nights in advance or $5 per night at the door. Advance ticket purchase is recommended.

St. Brigid Church is located at 3400 Old Alabama Road, Alpharetta.
