CTK To Host ‘Financial Peace Seminar’

Published April 26, 2007

The Cathedral of Christ the King will offer a 13-week “Financial Peace” seminar beginning Tuesday, May 15, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. The seminar will include a series of DVD presentations by noted financial adviser Dave Ramsey. An information meeting will be held in the Christ the King parish hall on Tuesday, May 1.

Ramsey offers life-changing financial advice as host of the nationally syndicated radio program, “The Dave Ramsey Show,” which is heard by more than 2 million listeners each week on more than 300 radio stations throughout the United States. His Financial Peace seminar is an informative program on personal finance, designed to empower people to manage their money better, eliminate debt and build wealth. The material is based on Scripture—more than 800 Scriptures in the Bible refer to personal finance.

This course is for those who are financially secure, as well as those who feel their money has control over them, who don’t understand how to invest for the future, who live paycheck to paycheck or who carry large credit card balances and debt consolidation loans.

There is no fee for the seminar, and all participants are responsible for ordering the course membership kit (for approximately $97) directly from Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University at www.daveramsey.com/fpu/coordinator/index.cfm?fuseaction=dspPurchaseKit or by calling (888) 227-3223.

The Cathedral of Christ the King is located at 2699 Peachtree Road, NE, Atlanta.
