St. Anthony Triduum Planned

A St. Anthony of Padua Triduum will be held at St. John Vianney Church in Lithia Springs from Sept. 24-27, which will include a relic of St. Anthony.

Father Jude Winkler, a Conventual Franciscan Friar and priest from the St. Anthony of Padua Province, will conduct the sessions.

Father Winkler will conduct all Masses at the church on Sunday, Sept. 24. From 3-7 p.m. on Sunday, there will be eucharistic adoration. At

7 p.m., there will be Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament and a presentation on the Eucharist. Beginning Monday, Sept. 25, the Franciscan will conduct a daily Mass at 12:10 p.m. followed by a Scripture lesson. He will also hear confessions each day from 6-6:45 p.m. On Monday-Wednesday evenings at 7 p.m., Father Winkler will lead various prayer services. Also, on Wednesday evening, there will be a healing service for those who wish to participate. Snacks and beverages will be provided after the evening sessions.
