The Atlanta Conference of Sisters and the Faith Alliance of Metropolitan Atlanta will hold an interfaith prayer service for peace on Friday, Aug. 18, at 10 a.m. at Ebenezer Baptist Church. The service, scheduled to last approximately one hour, will be held in the New Horizon Sanctuary.

All are welcome to attend. Faith leaders are asked to invite all members of their communities to join in this opportunity to pray for peace among all peoples.

Joining the service will be members of the Leadership Conference of Women Religious, who will be in Atlanta for their annual national assembly.

Ebenezer Baptist Church is located at 407 Auburn Ave., NE, in Atlanta. Free parking is available on John Wesley Dobbs Avenue between Jackson Street and Boulevard.
