Dads’ Day Of Reflection Will Bring Together Fathers, Grandfathers
Published January 6, 2005
Fathers of children who attend Marist School, Atlanta, and Blessed Trinity High School, Roswell, are invited to this year’s Dad’s Day of Reflection, Saturday, Feb. 12 from 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Blessed Trinity.
This annual event provides an opportunity for men to gather together to pray and explore the spirituality of their roles within their families. The day offers a unique chance for camaraderie with fellow dads and time to compare notes on raising kids in today’s challenging times.
Past, present and future fathers as well as grandfathers of students are encouraged to gather to celebrate their shared faith and commitment to fatherhood.
The day will feature Mass and talks about being a Catholic father, Catholic husband and Catholic businessman. This year’s sessions will also include question and answer sessions and discussions among the dads.
Opportunities for the sacrament of reconciliation will conclude the day.
Breakfast, lunch and drinks will be provided.
