David Kessler, author of “Finding Meaning: The Sixth Stage of Grief,” will discuss various types of deaths, practical tools for finding peace and ways to navigate the unknown terrain of grief. On October 8, he will lead “An Evening with David Kessler on Releasing the Pain of Grief and Finding Hope & Meaning.” On October 9, he will address the unique aspects of types of losses, offering practical advice and support. Each session aims to be personal and comforting and includes a Q&A session.
