The Good Shepherd Knights of Columbus Assembly #3164 is holding its sixth Annual Adult Veteran Fundraiser (A Touch of Italy). Proceeds will benefit various veterans’ organizations. Authentic Italian cuisine will be served including hors d’oeuvres, chicken parmesan, pasta campagnol (a white sauce), salad with vinaigrette and cannoli and Italian cookies for dessert. There will be music and dancing, a silent auction and a photo booth. Tickets are $40 per adult and $300 for a table of eight. Tickets are limited. Purchase early. Ticket sales will end on Feb. 8.
